      Great reachback capability to support clients -- I can access individuals who are subject matter experts in many technical and managerial disciplines.

      Kontras

      The firm can be a little weird in talking to you about salary determination. If you allow yourself to get hired cheap, it will be hard to make up for that in future annual payraises even with excellent performance reviews. Significant discrepancies in pay from team-to-team even for individuals with very similar resumes.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
