Pros
I have been with the firm over 3 years now and I have been happy with the actual work that I do for the client. I think that the quality of your experience at Booz relies greatly on the team on which you work, which leads me to my complaints below.
Kontras
The level at which you are brought into this firm seems to have no rhyme of reason to it - I have seen several people brought in from the outside and placed in leadership positions over and ahead of those who have been here for some time and have received outstanding performance evaluations. These new hires do not have resumes to justify this leapfrogging over the personnel who have been working so hard. Clearly, the quality of the work you do does not always equal success. There also seems to be no way to rectify this problem because despite the push to have mentors within the firm, you will soon find that any complaints you make about your team's leadership will be passed along to them and you will pay for trying to find a solution to your concerns.
