      Until recently, was quite stable and flexible. Specific teams have room to grow & specific leaders are great advocates for their teams, though this may not be the norm.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
