This company pays probably the poorest in tech, bait and switch with bonuses that are performance based so they pit you against your coworkers to make the most small changes possible to make the most money without thinking about the customer, the experience or the happiness of travelers. This company is about one thing, money they make while optimizing. This type of attitude will not help them to succeed in the future or keep this company afloat in the years to come. If someone is asked to do something that they won't be graded on then they won't do it.
