+ decent salary + lots of guidelines to help you find a solution + fairly easy to receive a bonus

Kontras

- sometimes the KPI targets get unrealistic - lots of angry callers, so make sure to not take anything to heart - the bonus depends on how satisfied your callers were and whether the dissatisfaction is your fault does not matter. you can fo everything perfectly and still receive a DSAT
