Pros

Good work environment, remote work, stable income albeit not much per month

Kontras

HR is a mess, guidelines are different all the time depending on who's helping you on a case.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Kontras

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
