      Pros

      This company has managed to retain it's entrepreneurial roots whilst becoming the biggest player in it's market. The pace is fast and it's most definitely a place you can grow your career. You don't have to be the highest paid person in this company to have your opinion heard.

      Kontras

      When you grow your head count and bottom line at the rate RentalCars has over the past 10 years it is inevitable you will face challenges along the way. Whether that is managers who have been promoted into positions that they haven't had the experience or training to do or changes to benefits and working conditions that doesn't suit everyone. However, it is clear that RentalCars is working hard to mature and has shown a real commitment to improving it's people.

      Hi and thank you for this review. I think you are right, we have experienced huge growth and change which inevitably comes with challenges. We are determined to continue delivering a successful, growing business, whilst becoming a truly amazing place to work, making sure we retain all the elements that made this business the success it is. Some of this stuff takes time but I'm glad you recognise the chages
