Booking has developed a great culture over the years and is still in a journey to grow into that culture and values. The people at Booking are warm and welcoming, open and eager to grow and learn from each other. The new building is incredible and visually appealing to increase productivity and a comfortable work environment in every way. Great salary, holiday, and benefits for the Netherlands.
Kontras
There is not a lot of transparency within low and high level leadership, nor is there room to grow, especially not quickly. Many people reach their ceiling and cannot see any way forward or even parallel in other areas, much less a fast or normal-paced one. Particularly in this role and area of Privacy, if you have a legal background, this is not the role or area for you. Though it may seem that it is legal adjacent, it is not even close. There is also no way to move from the operational teams of privacy to legal.
