Bright people, the leadership in Amsterdam had great integrity and was very honest. They were clear about their vision and how they wanted the company to reach their goals.

The UK leader at the time (she is no longer there) was not up to the job. She managed by fear and was not bright, well-educated enough to lead such a large organisation.
