      Free lunch, no pressure if minimum work is done, possibility to move to another office or another position.

      Kontras

      Difficult to maintain the job more than 6 months. It's not really interesting, but help to pay the bills.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Kontras

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
