      Pros

      The life/work balance it is really good. If you land in the right team you have a lot of interesting work and a way to play with new technologies. People is really nice and very friendly! Compensation package is really good and it is competitive for Amsterdam.

      Kontras

      Some TLs are not really prepared to be leading teams.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Kontras

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
