      So many opportunities, the business is always changing. So much support and great colleagues

I'm with you re the traffic 😩 but part of the problem is that Manchester is growing so much all the investment they have made in teams and roads is playing catch up. I'm glad your job is worth it once you've beaten to traffic. All the best Ryan

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Kontras

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
