7yAppreciate the comments, thank you! Firtstly, I'd like to thank you for the 8 years of service that you've given us, you will have seen a lot of changes in that time! We pride ourselves in trying to do things as well as we can, and I’m pleased you recognise our commitment to our people & our city, Manchester. We know we’re a complex product which is a double-edged sword, but I know our CTO, Gavin is working on the tech infrastructure, so keep watching this space. The “blue sky” vs realism is always a balancing act, I hear you and I would encourage you to take up opportunities to discuss this more with your Manager or one of our people team, please.
