Pros

Positive work environment and reinforcement Good Benefits PTO is great Great culture and values

-Limited and very competitive growth opportunities with a few exceptions -Pay could be better but they reward hard work/efficient employees -Inconsistent management, whoever your Team Lead is can greatly impact your work environment for better or worse, I've luckily had good ones thus far but other colleagues can't say the same.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Kontras

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
