Hi and thanks for your review although I am clearly disappointed with your rating and how you feel about the business. I have to say that I completely disagree with your concerns. Last year more than 250 colleagues were promoted internally and this year we are on track for even more colleagues to progress their careers with us. This simply does not support your position unless you are suggesting that all these people were promoted on the basis of being friends with someone. It sounds to me like you may have had a specific concern. If that is the case, I'd be very keen to hear about it as the sort of approach you are talking about is not acceptable. However, I am really confident that there are a large number of opportunities for colleagues to progress and for colleagues who do well, show potential and live by the Values there are not many better businesses to work for.
