Typical BS management tactics to scare everyone into asking NO questions, thus screwing up work Supervisors picked their favorites amongst us, made very inappropriate jokes all day long, felt like i was in a fraternity every single day

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
