Pros

Relaxed work environment, work from home hybrid option available, HR does try to keep morale up

Kontras

Totally disorganized, willingness to change is non existent and legacy employees are putting in the bare minimum effort until they can cash out their pensions and hit the golf course. This is not a place to grow and learn, this is a place to just come in, pretend like your working, get over praised for doing the bare minimum then go home.

There is an over-rotation on pointing out negativity rather than fostering constructive or collaborative growth. Management Style: There is a noticeable disconnect in leadership, with heavy systemic pressure and a cultural noise that can be difficult to navigate if you are not isolated from the main hubs. The level of micromanagement is exceptionally high, which stifles individual autonomy. Furthermore, cross-border or cross-functional communication with team members in other countries is heavily restricted and actively frowned upon, creating unnecessary operational silos.
