Pros

The actual work environment is very typical for any desk job. Not much more positive I can say.

Kontras

Where to start. The leadership is HORRENDOUS. People work their butts off to get some recognition, but we are rewarded with a fraction of our bonuses, low if any raises and mass layoffs. The entire work place is like a factory, where leadership just tells you what they want, and you do it. The credit goes to the highest up manager on the project and the company says so long to the contractors that put in the actual work.

Pros

Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

Kontras

Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
