Things are not as pretty on the inside, with middle and upper management leaving, stock prices and profits plumetting, new development at a standstill, etc. The Hill-rom (old Welch Allyn) culture has ruined Baxter and what was once a visionary and people-oriented organization. They invest a lot in promoting diversity and inclusion, but it is just for marketing (win trust with the BoD and awards in paid workplace publications). The real results can be found in these reviews. You have to consume the Kool-Aid and fit a mold if you want to advance your career at this place!
