There is good opportunity for growth here. The benefits of the company are good, better than industry average in my opinion.

Kontras

The compensation could be better, especially compared with the industry average. I find the office culture to be more negative than I would prefer.

Nothing to gain here for growth

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
