      Decent benefits. Better be a salaried employee with a degree.

      Kontras

      Lots of mandatory overtime and weekends in manufacturing. Management only worries about their numbers. Very high turn over of employees. Lots of regulations. Minimal training. Lots of managers / supervisors in way over their head.

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
