Good benefits package. There are good people working there in the departments.

Company doesn't promote from within. The better worker you are the more they pile on you. Human Resources runs the company and decides who stays and goes based on budget with the departments having little say.

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
