Very low in benefits and pay. Very limited career opportunities if not because you actively and frequently pursue those. Management abuses the more experience and exposure card to increase the work load without actually recognizing that a just company exchanges work for compensation.

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
