      Managers get fired and moved around before being able to make actually difference in company. Layoffs are frequent, which is followed by the executives to be like, "why are we falling behind?" as if they hadn't just fired people who were experienced and important to the business

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
