It has a name so it sounds very prestigious to work for them. Good training. They are supportive of sick leave and flexible on last minute changes.

Awful salary. Management has no appreciation for the hours and effort you put in. They take advantage of staff. Harrassment cases are ignored. Moving up the professional ladder is difficult since favouritism is very much alive. Sexism is widespread.
