New Leadership has no respect for employees who came with the business and is instead calling "old friends" to bring them in and replace existing management. The "worker bees" are dropping like flies, leaving for greener pastures, or being let go, while middle management is being staffed from the outside. I predict within 6 months there will be glass offices filled with newly hired managers/directors, with no one to manage, as employees with any knowledge and experience in the coatings business are all applying for careers with other companies.
