Autonomous work from home everyday is different

Set unreasonable sales goals Can not see where you are to goals until well after the end of the month Feeling as if they can make the number what ever they want so as to not pay out incentive. Company has cut back on 401K contribution and does not contribute on incentive portion of pay. Base salary below industry average.

Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
