White men are go-getters...women who behave the same are "inappropriate" and get passed over for promotions. Management style is zero communication, bully everyone into insecurity, guilty until proven innocent. No recognition for accomplishments anymore, every Friday someone is fired, just a cloud of despair and negativity. Really gone downhill over last year...used to be an exciting place to work. Even management is afraid of losing their jobs so the CYA is over the top...no support or employee engagement.
