Pros

Great opputunities. Working with people from diverse background. Ample of exposure to global standards.

Kontras

Most of them are unprofessional and downright rude (Operations) Person oriented (mostly). Managers have to beg to get the work done. No Process mapping. No system to support and guide freshers in the company. Have to work blindly in most of the cases I've personally seen few people under tremondous pressure whereas few who just pass time. A guy whose not trained in a particular area is working as a specialist there, that bothers me. Unfortunately your work efficiency is measured in terms of Hours you put in and the nights you spend in the company. Largely, you cant hold people accountable. Many of you may disagree but this is just my perspective.

Great people who care, good salaries.

Kontras

Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
