      HR is really lost when it comes being an actual resource. Communication from upper management to the production floor is non existent in most cases. Politics.

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
