Unstable Management with no idea where they are headed - Analyst bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been with this company since 5 yrs and it’s a mess. They are laying off people from North America after acquiring smaller companies and also due to clients not extending projects in US anymore. The rest chunk Syntel bosses are poaching projects internally to their staff in India and else where. No salary raises since 2 yrs and no overtime or bonuses except higher management takes everything home. Keep getting emails won this project but then they layoffs over 2000 left and right. No more bench period.
