No micromanagement, and remote work was a plus.

Over the course of 10+ years, I received little to no feedback, support or encouragement. There was no sense of team or company. I had no idea of anything that was going on in a larger sense. Had the feeling nobody cared at all. No effort was made at all to let the employees know they cared at all about us. No raises, no bonuses, nothing.
