Remote position. Majority of the people actually doing the work were technical and nice.

Management heavy Overworked, management does not recognize the efforts or care. Direct line managers were hands off, did not participate in on-call, support, daily reporting, etc, or have knowledge of the tasks you do. Management will bend over backwards to get a contract while fully knowing they do not have the expertise to make it happen. Open positions in understaffed teams, laid people off rather than relocation. (zero warning)
