Bad management - Software Engineer bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was Hired to belong to Atos team to work on a projet of a client. They sayed that isn't outsourcing but it's. After all i was working on outsourcing and forgoted by Atos team. Bad follow up of the managers. No one cares what are u doing, no professional improvement at least for me.
