-Below average pay. -Limited career growth. -Management is interested in hiring a lot of people because of demand and they don't care if new hires are knowledgable or not. At the end there are just few people working and the rest are just slackig off and not doing anything. Or sometime they just make more work by breaking thins. Workst collegues ever.
