Bad HR and HR worst behaviour towards employees. No policy followed by HR properly - IT Engineer bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Really worst HR and there is no proper channel for any issue to aproach. We have to do lot of R&D to find whom to ask and who is responsible for what.. For notice buy they adked me to pay gross salary of 3 mnths even tjough u was idle for more months. When I asked them how can they consider gross salary which includes hra, conveyance, performnce pay and all what is in ctc, they were not replied.
