Low wages for high turnover - Analyst bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was being paid 20 dollars an hour as an Epic IT analyst; I have a Bachelor's degree in IT followed by three years of work experience. Their HR promised a high salary that matches my regional epic analyst salary after certification; nothing of that sort happened. They overwork you, expect on-call duties, for a terrible hourly rate. Many people I started with did not get certified, and there is a HIGH turnover rate. Management changes every month. There is no stability.
