Time-off policies - Atos provide employees with a base rate of 25 days to take off per business year. pension, compensation - Atos provide a flexible pension rate, and compensation returns are substantial.

Personal development -Cross- functional working and personal development in the area you want to prolong in seems difficult. Company values - The company has a zero e-mail policy and prides itself in nurturing its employees. Nonetheless, departments seem fragmented and management can be overly critical. Promotions - Depending on the practice you work in promotions can be tough, I have been informed that there will be no promotions this year in the practice I operate in. Office culture - Teams within Atos can get heavily political and I have experienced poor management in the past.
