Pros
Atos looks after its young employees well, if you are starting your career this is a perfect place to begin as the exposure to large projects is fantastic. There are some great people working for this company, the atmosphere between staff members is sociable and supportive, this is not a dog eat dog culture. The company benefits are good; healthcare, taste card, money off gym membership, buy holiday scheme, the Atos pension is also fair. Atos allows you to work from home, which is probably one of the best aspects of working for the company.
Kontras
The internal processes are 'testing', staff moral is low at the moment due to recruitment, training and promotion freezes (although this should pick up). Atos has several technical skill gaps which can be chaotic. Getting PO's cleared can give you a bit of a headache and takes up far to much time.
