They give you books like Oracle, Headfirst Java and some very good notes to understand concepts like OOAD, UML. - The work hours are flexible as long as you have completed what has been assigned to you and have completed the minimum number of hours in office. - The teams are professional. If you word hard, you are noticed. But, it helps to participate actively in group meetings.
