Good learning experience but low compensation and limited benefits - Software Engineer bei Atos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Stressfull and long working hours. Low salary. Overtime and weekend work is not paid but necessary for promotion. Five employees in same cubicle does create good working atmosphere. Internal communication can be approved a lot (monthly / weekly emails from management are not helpful). Avg catering facilities at some locations (Andheri better than Vikhroli and Prism Towers). More than half of the training provided to Freshers was useless for rest of the career e.g. Basic and Advanced Java Programming. Very few opportunities to innovate or share new ideas.
