This may be project specific, but I enjoyed the benefits of flexible work timing. There are a few good projects and if lucky, there are good learning opportunities.
Kontras
Compensation for existing employees, fails to meet industry standards. The management makes promises of increments, and on a dismal performance points, fails to assume responsibility. It is difficult for employees to get their voice heard in the management hierarchy.
