Everything else! You are not respected as an employee, extremely LOW salaries compared to other companies, almost NO yearly salary reviews. End year performance review is a joke, ends up in such a way that you should not have the chance to ask for a raise. NO 13th salary, NO bonuses no matter how good you are. Experienced people leave the company because of the poor management policy: Cost first, employees and quality delivered to the client later. Some colleagues earn less than a supermarket cashier. Poor internet connection due to the extremely greedy management makes working a pain. Salary raise? You can forget about that. If you get 20 EUR Net in raise you should say thank you and praise them. Cheap and greedy company mentality!
