Pros
Benefits were fine, PTO system was unique (The good: gave you 160 hours on day 1), good for beginners, and good certification program (they allowed you to get a voucher for almost any certification).
Kontras
Pay was lousy (anywhere from 38-42K for any of their tech positions). Not good at rewarding employees or giving raises, unable to accrue PTO (meaning once you've used your hours, you're out).
