PTO and benefits are the only thing positive about this joke of a company

No pay raise for 5 years, even with exceptional performance reviews. You only advance based on who you know and who's rear you kiss. Upper management is unprofessional and has no idea how to manage a "team". Every position change is a "lateral move" so no pay increase. Good people get boxed up while ones who get written up daily get coaching logs. "Promotions" are given but taken away without explanation or valid reason.
