Having seen multiple CEO changes in the last 4-5 years—and the corresponding strategic shifts that come with each change—makes it impossible to follow a consistent general direction. Transparency from leadership is extremely poor, leaving employees to speculate on the company's true trajectory and future plans. This constant state of flux leads to low morale and internal confusion.
