- Difference in pays. There was no benchmarking. Few people with half the experience were paid double the salary compared to double experienced folks
- Engineering team at India saw confused leadership, less hikes, plans without goals.
- Some bigshots were just engaged in big talks.
- Bad experience for patent application. Just to submit for patent application, leadership spent 1 year. The complete submission process was driven by me.
- Once an employee quits organisation, the company does not bother about checking the status of the patent application. Being the inventor of the patent, I was curious about the status, but company's patent process handling person gave, none of you business now and do not try contacting us in future, kind of reply.
