High fi newly launched tools with bugs and forced implement ,
Zero Trainings on those tools .
Managment change every Six MOnths u cant sustain more than year in this company as your manager change frequently and cant establish the managerial relationship. espicaly 7a & 7b attrition is high.
There is chance of getting low rating even if u served well and you may end up in firing. No Matured way of identifying the skills of that person and putting him in right place. instead firing him. which cost his/her precious life.
no one is low or high, every body is talented in his/her own field ..
High expectaion : Dont have work timings , demading for new new thing eevry week. with zero technical training. Managemt will expect as u be as scientist in one shot. some times may experience rudeness from managemnt.
No proper process for businesss, Random management and poor rating system never seen in any of IT companies.
If you are experienced and Decent manager not recommended to be here.
seen firings if u dont supply new things daily. and u nver know whts going to happen in ORG structure in coming months. ( frequently changes)
Service companies far far better even if u have night shift working. because they are well defined process. here u dont know wht u are doing and your work nature and wht u have trained for. whats going to happen in next coming months.
And most -ve part is meetings, no plans and previous invites. just 5 mins before they send "meetting invite request" and scold yu if u dont join those meetings and those meeting dragging for 1- 2 hours minimum with no use.
Unplanned and unwanted Meeting hinders your work and u need to work more hours to complete your work. best example for poor management in workplace.
