If you are a young MBA willing to work and learn there is plenty of runway to growth and be challenged.

Kontras

Engagement is low, work-life ballance is unhealthy, people are frustrated both up and down the ladder. "Healthy" pressure to perform is no longer healthy....it is creating a culture of finger pointing and aggresion.
