1. Because of very high attrition there are many positions open. This helps in faster promotion and you can do roles at young age which no other company will give 2. Very open culture with no cabins even for ceo 3. The manufacturing TPM system (VPO) is one of the best in fmcg

1. Since company hugely favours young people vs old people there are many times wrong decisions taken due to lack of experience which results in pressure on reportees 2. High attrition because there are no HR polices towards employee welfare. Company’s expectation from HR dept is primarily cost reduction and mostly global/country heads of hr have been people from finance or other functions. 3. Company has traditionally grown by acquiring bigger companies and then squeezing cost. Hence very high focus on reducing cost now vs investing for long term. If any project improves cost it’s impact on people are not at all considered 4. Don’t expect Work life balance
